Canigou
Our starting point is the more than 1000 year old abbey of Saint Martin du Canigou in Casteil (France), which is inhabited by a young religious community «Les Béatitudes». They live off donations from, among others, the more than 10,000 tourists they receive each year in this special place. Furthermore, their life consists of prayer. For this, they meet three times a day and individually spend time in silence. Our programme is adapted to the prayer times of this community.
