KINGSMEN EXECUTIVE CHOICE

KM Choice is a course of one to three sessions in which you learn about your personality, your leadership style and how you can grow within this style.

Together with other men you undertake challenging activities in the beautiful Massif de Canigou, in the south of France. KM Choice is a combination of physical activity, intellectual challenges and quiet time that takes you to the deepest core of yourself.

You team up with other men and challenge each other on themes such as identity, masculinity, friendship and if you decide to go to the second and third editions, on vulnerability, willpower and leadership.

The KM Choice concept is based on 10 years of experience.

Despite successes in my career and a happy marriage with 5 kids and a community, I was the last son of a family, seeking for more and being hurt by having lost very beloved ones.

I accepted the invite to go to the mountain with unknown but inspirational and energetic men

After the magic happened in the mountain, brothers in arms are meeting monthly in the valley or virtually to celebrate success and support in difficult times waiting for the next trek.

ARRIVAL

Each Executive arranges or arranges his own trip to Montpellier.

At 12:00 you will be picked up by the guides with a mini-van. When we have everyone, we drive to our hotel in Casteil.

After a short, superficial introduction in the mini-van, we go into depth together.
